A: Currently we accept MasterCard, VISA and AMEX.
Q: When will my order be charged?
A: Your order will be charged immediately upon checkout and you will receive an email/SMS notification about your order being processed.
Q: Can I cancel my order because I order a wrong item/colour?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellation of orders once the order has been processed. However, for exchange of same products with different colour/shade, you may either email us at email@example.com or contact us via our Beauty e-Lounge WhatsApp number (+65 8907 0072) and provide your order number for us to check on the status.
